A GROUP THAT CAN SEE THE WOOD FOR THE TREES - Walsall Tree Wardens are a voluntary group of local people who share a respect and affinity with trees of all species. Apart from local events Wardens often attend courses outside the immediate area to learn more about woodland and the management of trees. Wardens act as the eyes and ears of the local community looking out for potential problems and bringing issues to the attention of the appropriate authorities.

Is anyone aware of or have any information about the councils proposal to close down the Broadway Centre on Broadway North and move it to the “cricket pavilion” adjacent to the car park on The Crescent? Seems there has been a consultation period but I am not aware of anyone who was consulted.
